Culture is a powerful tool in dealing with drinking than meclicine. However, the tools to reinforce or change culture like enduction, is costly and subject to control by many competing interests.
Looks like you might have been drinking or taking some “mec li cine” while writing this post! Is “en duction”, education or induction, I wasn’t sure on that one? However, I can catch the drift of your statement, "It's a small world after all, with a great diversity of cultural interest groups, misinterpretations of and lack of knowledge of, or prejudice attitudes towards those of different cultures than our own and those we have made contact with. Which in turn keeps us from moving ahead as a World culture, we are stuck in the mud of our own ignorance, self centered, narrow-minded self-images which keep us from developing to the deity plateau we all strive for in true enlightenment or exaltation and lost in the quagmires of self-worship.” Is that even close to what you were trying to say? Or was it, ones culture is stronger than medical advice with alcoholism and the problems of the alcoholic? It's hard to tell.
we are the world, we are the future; "we are" - is all inclusive and is made up of a variety of cultures on a variety of mentally intelligent, wise,knowledgable levels; be it from street smarts, common sense, formally educated, I read books to just because or it seems to me levels of logic... we are the world, we are the future;)
